SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY METHODS

Products are delivered via white‑glove carriers, freight services, or threshold delivery depending on location and service level.

2. DELIVERY SCHEDULING

Carriers will contact you to schedule delivery. You must ensure an adult is present and the delivery location is accessible.

3. ACCESS & FIT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for confirming that the product fits through all access points. If delivery fails due to access issues, no refund or cancellation is permitted.

4. RISK OF LOSS

Risk transfers to the customer once the product is tendered to the carrier.

5. INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Visible damage must be documented on the delivery receipt and photographed. Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote or international destinations without prior arrangement.

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

Sound by Samuelson LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, staffing shortages, or supply‑chain disruptions.

8. ALL SALES FINAL

Delivery issues do not modify the All Sales Final policy.
