Once your order is placed, we manufacture our products with strict attention to detail, which takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

White Glove Delivery - Orders ship from our Paterson, New Jersey factory to your destination. This premium delivery service includes transporting, unboxing, installing, and removal of debris from your residence.

Our trusted delivery partner will reach out to you to arrange the time and date for your delivery appointment. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order, after it has shipped.

All Sound by Samuelson products are made-to-order. Made-to-order products cannot be canceled, altered or returned. View our full Returns & Cancellations Policy here.

A simple Bluetooth connection emanates sound from any device throughout the chair

1. Plug in chair
2. Power on using the switch located on the front rail of the chair. If your chair is not equipped with a switch it will power on when plugged in.
3. Go to Bluetooth settings on your device and select "Sound by Samuelson"
4. Use pairing code "0000" when prompted
5. Enjoy streaming music and audio in your new chair!

Yes, the chair is constructed with the highest quality materials: kiln dried solid wood frame, supportive reinforced joinery with fitted corner blocks, high level/ premium upholstery inside and out.

Although your Sound Chair is upholstered with moisture barrier materials, this chair is sensitive to liquids. To avoid damage to the chair, care is called for in keeping the chair dry for lasting beauty and performance.

Currently the sound chair is not FDA approved. Our team is in the process of clinical testing that further supports our internal findings.

Make certain:

• The bluetooth setting on your device is on
• The chair is powered on
• The Sound Chair is selected on your device

Make certain the chair is plugged in

Make certain the device is within operating range of the chair. If your device has traveled outside operating range, it may need to be reconnected once back within range.

Make certain the chair is connected to your device. Check volume level on the device as this may impact audibility.

Yes, it is a comfortable seat height, and built to withstand full body weight

The ottoman is 23"W x 23"D x 15.5"H, taking little space while offering a worthwhile extension to the Sound Chair.

The Pillow is 15"W x 7"H x 2.25"D. The adjustable strap is 21"L.

The pillow strap is draped over the chair back and can be adjusted up and down for comfort and best position

The pillow is not mandatory for a comfortable sitting experience, but will add further support to neck and head.

CATCH is a beautiful, handle-like hardware addition to the back of our Sound Chair that accommodates a walker, cane, purse or any personal item to be kept close at hand.

No. CATCH option must be selected and ordered along with your Sound Chair, at the time of Sound Chair purchase. 

CATCH fosters independence, safety and security with storage of walker or cane accessible at all times, while eliminating clutter.
