Limited Warranty

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

For one (1) year from delivery, Sound by Samuelson LLC warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage includes structural frame defects, manufacturing defects, and defects in electrical or audio components.

2. EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Softening, wrinkling, or stretching of cushions or upholstery
  • Natural variations in wood, leather, or fabric
  • Fading due to light exposure
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, pets, liquids, or unsanitary conditions
  • Damage from improper electrical supply, surges, or third‑party devices
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Hidden damage reported after 48 hours
  • Commercial or non-residential use
  • Failure to follow care or maintenance instructions

3. REMEDIES

If a defect is confirmed, Sound by Samuelson LLC may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component
  • Replace the component
  • Replace the entire product with a comparable model
  • Refund the purchase price (less shipping)  

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sound by Samuelson’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the purchase price. No incidental or consequential damages are covered.

5. CLAIM PROCEDURES

To file a claim, contact Sound by Samuelson LLC with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographs of the defect
  • Description of the issue
  • Access for inspection (remote or in-person) 

6. NON‑TRANSFERABILITY

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. 

7. GOVERNING LAW

New Jersey law governs this Warranty. 

8. ARBITRATION

All Warranty disputes are subject to the arbitration provisions in the Terms of Use.
